You can also order by ordinary mail and pay by check, but please be sure to include your telephone number in case we have any questions. All checks must be payable in US funds and drawn on a US bank.

Shipping Charges: P.S. Affordable Pet Products charges actual shipping costs (no inflated handling fees). Your shipping/handling charges are calculated at the time of your order, based on the package's total weight and shipping distance. Some items ordered together may be shipped separately. Your shipment will be by the most economical ground service. When paying by credit card, the exact cost of shipping will be added to the order. When paying by check, call for charges.

Our Guarantee

We stand behind everything we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, let us know (via phone, fax or e-mail) within 7 days, and we will promptly issue a refund, a credit on your next order or exchange the unused item. Items returned after 7 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that electronic products, such as Anti-Bark Collars, Trainers, Home Containment Systems, etc., and special order merchandise are non-returnable. Used or incomplete returns can not be accepted since we only sell new, unused merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable.
